This was my second time staying at this place, and it was just as great as the first! I chose to come back because I had such a positive experience before—it’s clean, comfortable, and really well set up. The location is also a huge plus—super close to Williamsburg, which made it easy to get to a concert and visit some friends who live in the area. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Tina’s place! It was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of friends. Tina was a wonderful host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would love to come back to the same place next time we’re in New York

Very close to subway station and easy to get into Manhattan that way. Parking was usually right out front (except for late night on Friday but that was to be expected). Hosts were amazing - very warm and friendly!

Tina's house is exactly as the pictures and description. A very nice place to relax after a busy day in the city. The game room was also very much appreciated by our teen sons The communication with Tina was perfect and she was very helpful in tips and responds quickly.
